Hot tempo expected from Royal Will and Safari. ROYAL WILL (7) remains a maiden after 10 runs. Had plenty of admirers last time but after being in the firing line on the turn could only manage to finish fifth over 1400m at Chukyo. Well placed on this occasion and gets her chance to break the ice. AYRTON BAROWS (4) is a four-start maiden who finished sixth, beaten 6 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Kokura. Can come on from that run and looks a serious contender. LUX COSMOS (9) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1200m at this track but wasn't all that far from the winner. Should park just off the speed. Winning claims on best figures. MUGITO LUNA (1) is a four-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 5 lengths when fifth over 1200m at this track. Bold showing expected with added fitness this time.
