Expecting Castle Road to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. CASTLE ROAD (1) resumed in good order with an impressive all-the-way win at Pinjarra first-up as the short-priced favourite. Back around a bend shouldn't be an issue and the claim of Cooper helps his chances with his front-running style. Will be tough to reel in once again. COUNTRY GOD (2) turned in a strong figure in defeat last start over 1400n here when 0.2L off the winner as the favourite. That looked a good race on paper and he jumped the odds-on elect there. Blinkers on back in trip, he can stalk the speed and land the knockout blow. FRIAR'S LEGACY (4) led at this track and trip 10 days ago when winning his maiden by 1L in good fashion. Lightly raced with upside, so he can improve again today. HASANI (5) has switched stables since his last campaign and has trialled nicely this time in work. Can be in the finish. TWO TIME CHARLIE (6) has shown enough at the trials to suggest he can make an impression on debut. SUGGESTED PLAY: Castle Road can bring up back-to-back wins.
