Genuine tempo with Sansanee and Hard To Top leading the way. PRIVATE SAPLING (1) disappointed at Broome last start when finishing well back, but his previous form reads strongly and he is capable of sharp improvement in this company on the quick back-up. SANSANEE (2) broke through in style at Broome with a strong pillar-to-post performance. No reason she can't go right on with the job now. OUR LITTLE GEM (3) is a lightly raced mare resuming. Carries more upside than the rest, so willing to include among the main hopes. PACIFIC LADY (5) hasn’t won for some time but her latest effort when fourth at Broome suggested she’s edging back to form. Deserves some respect. SPEEDY NOVA (6) doesn't win out of turn and has been mixing her form but this isn't a particularly deep race. Draws to get the gun run from the inside pillar. Keeping safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Private Sapling.
