Genuine tempo with the speedy Our Time Keeper leading the way. BEABOPALULA (10) won a trial earlier in the month at Te Rapa and has found the right race to make her debut. She has a good draw and seems to get through bad ground with no problem. Hard to beat, and watch the market moves. POPSICLES (6) has been given plenty of time to mature and was runner-up in a recent trial earlier in the month. She will improve on whatever she does here, but this field lacks depth, and she can rip off a win on debut. TIME AFTER TIME (7) did nothing on debut here last spring, but her trial form says she is better than that. Stick with her fresh up, especially with the advantage of the pole position. SWEET ENVY (1) made some progress last prep and is a slow-maturing type who will be a lot stronger this season. She has been thereabouts in a couple of tune-up trials and is worth including in all multiples. OUR TIME KEEPER (9) will be peaking third up, and is another with top 4 claims in a modest field. Don't risk her. SUGGESTED PLAY: The first starters, Beabopalula and Popsicles, should have it between themselves.
