Sweetazme, Berenhard and Illuminated Miss can set a genuine tempo. STEWART (4) has been finding the line with purpose as favourite in his last couple of starts since winning his maiden at Hawera in the middle of July. He has plenty in his favour again, and the punters will give him another chance to get the job done. SWEETAZME (3) was a very impressive maiden winner fresh up on his home track at Arawa Park early last month, and then raced handy and was a game runner-up there 5 weeks ago. He will continue to improve as he gets stronger, and he will be an each-way chance again. DIGGER (1) dropped down to this class here 2 weeks ago and was back in form with a sound run for second. He won't lack fitness, and he is always hard to beat at this level. MO CHARAID (8) won his last of 3 starts in his initial prep, and resumes here without a public trial. If he doesn't need the hit-out, then expect him to be very competitive. A market watch is advised. WAR QUEEN (11) is a promising mare resuming from a spell without a public trial. Watch the market moves. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stewart will be hard to beat in an even contest.
