Isao Yamaguchi who has six wins when partnering stays on. Sure to run well. NOBLE BEACH (6) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by 5 lengths over 1400m at this track. Fitter for that last hitout and he is a major player again. PEACEFUL TIME (4) is close to breaking through after finishing second last start over 1400m at this track when he was handy all the way. The engagement of Yoshiki Yamada is noteworthy. Likely improver with strong prospects. KNOCK ON WOOD (1) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fifth, beaten 0.9 lengths, at this track over 1400m. Has won two races at this course and distance from four tries. Don't underestimate.
