Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing third at his latest appearance over 1200m at this track. Commenced last prep with a minor placing at Kyoto Dirt over 1200m. Ready to find winning form. ENJOY DRIVE (16) finished third over 1300m at Tokyo Dirt two back then missed the frame last time out over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Wide draw but keeps coming. Solid top-three chance. DEMON SLAYER (2) is back from a spell of seven months. Raced just once last prep and finished fourth, beaten 9 lengths, over 1200m at Niigata Dirt. Sure to be competitive.
