Choir Boy and Go Getaboy to take up the running at a genuine tempo. CHOIR BOY (5) peaks and his near miss here two back in a 70, stacks right up. Stays down in the weights, and the speedy galloper deserves another chance. BEAU RAIN (6) went close here this grade first-up, jumping $3.4. He's placed in a trial since and flies second-up. Maps well and is good enough. STATS (3) has been knocking on the door, and Wiggins' sticking is a positive. He's in the mix. JOHN JOSEPH (8) improved again, delivering a 70 here over a mile. Comes back 209m for this, but races handy and can't be ruled out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Choir Boy.
