Victorian WINNASEDGE (2) is a consistent commodity who has only missed the top-five once in 11 career outings and is yet to miss a place in four attempts over this six-furlong journey. Drawn perfectly for Zahra in gate four and looks to have found the right race here. GERRINGONG (10) returned in good order with a close-up second in the Denise's Joy at Scone and will have taken a lot from that first-up hit-out. May go one better against this line-up. AMELITA (9) was too bad to be true at the latest effort but is much better than that run suggests. Can improve sharply without surprising. Kiwi raider VELOCIOUS (7) brings solid form from across the ditch and any market confidence must be noted. COLEMAN (1) draws the inside alley and can feature if he brings his A-game. SUGGESTED PLAY: Winnasedge to get a well-deserved victory.
