Plenty of pace with Intention and Lux Cosmos leading from Bella Vittoria. LUX DAISY (13) started favourite last time out over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt but found one better, making it two minor placings from three starts this campaign. Has an outside gate but she is well placed to break through. LUX COSMOS (2) resumes from a spell of 11 weeks and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1400m at Chukyo Dirt. Has the benefit of a low draw. Can launch this campaign in positive style. KALMIA CROWN (11) is fitter for two runs back from a spell, progressing nicely last time to finish fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at Kyoto Dirt over 1400m. Should be at her peak now. SUN TREADER (6) is a four-start maiden who returned last time and finished fifth at Kyoto Dirt over 1400m, beaten 4.5 lengths. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
