Marybee has the pace to lead in what is likely to be a moderate tempo. FLINDERS LANE (5) got a long way back last start over 1400m but rattled home to pick up her rivals and run away with an impressive win. She draws to sit much closer this time around and the slight drop in trip is not an issue. Can repeat the dose of her latest effort. DANCING CHOOSE (4) is racing well without winning, sticking on to be 3.1L off the winner most recently. Should be at his top now and the softer barrier is a big tick for his chances. Can be right in the finish. FAVAIOS (1) has been only fair his past couple after winning in this grade three starts ago. He's only lightly raced with plenty of upside and he gets a slightly longer journey today which may suit. Don't think we've seen the best of him just yet. MARYBEE (7) should get every chance from the barrier and is expected to go close. LACIE ACE (9) is better than she showed last start and has to be included. SUGGESTED PLAY: Flinders Lane gets the nod.
