REJOICED (1) is a very handy gelding when fit, and he will be closer to his peak fitness levels third up. He was in the money at Toowoomba nearly 3 weeks ago, and at this level, he is the one to beat. LIP SIP SUK (9) went on a winning streak last season, and for whatever reason, he is only now making his seasonal debut. He comes to hand quickly, and though he will want more ground, he is fresh and would not be a shock winner. Use the market as your best guide after such a long time off the scene. MOMACK (4) is a top-quality sprinter in the area and will be getting fitter with each run back from a spell. He has won his only start on this track, which is an advantage. With the aid of a 3kg claim, he will be hard to hold out. MOCIAL CHIEF (3) did not fire at Jandowae 2 weeks ago, but is better than that. Stick with him for all combinations to be safe. ELUSIVE EAGLE (2) led all the way to score at Goondiwindi 5 weeks ago and is likely to push forward early on again. Include in all bets. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rejoiced to win.
