KIMINONAWA ORYO (9) has put together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on August 20 over 1200m when she got home by 1.5 lengths. Winning rider Takafumi Hattori retains the mount. Finds a tougher race but she has the ability to test this field. HAPPY ROVER (5) settled well back last start and made little impact in the straight when 15th, beaten 10 lengths, over this journey at Hakodate. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. LA VILLETTE (12) missed the frame two back in tougher company then last time in a more suitable affair scored by one length over 1200m at this track. Leading player again. SIAMESE (8) scored last start at this track to make it three wins from four starts this campaign. Has a strong record here, including three wins. Can sneak into the finish.
