Solid tempo with Min Kiata possessing enough dash to find the front. HALLIWELL (2) has been racing well through the winter without having all favours, and she had a tough trip at Bordertown last time out when finishing a tough third. She has the winkers on for the first time, and that gear change may be enough to see her back in the winner's circle here. NARALINGA (1) is in a purple patch of form after being very well placed to win 3 of his last 4 starts. He loves it here, and with half a kilo less to carry in a race that is no harder than his last, the hat-trick beckons. MIN KIATA (4) was down in class, and back in winning form at Casterton 3 weeks ago, and back on her home track, he could go close to repeating the dose. SCENIC HOST (5) is a durable veteran mare resuming from a spell. She may want more ground, but at this level, she can run into the top 4.
