WONDER GUARNERI (6) is the main danger, bringing a last-start win, a narrow second the run prior and a strong Sonoda 1700m profile. HO O NOUVEAU (3) has to leave a plain latest run behind, but her previous third and handy racing style keep her in the contest. MAKASENAHARE (2) resumes from a four-month break with proven track-and-trip form, while DENTAL FLOSS (7) profiles as a minor-money hope after placing over 1870m.

His previous third behind Emergence here was sounder, beaten six and a half lengths from a rearward spot. The strong record with Osamu Shimohara is a plus, but he needs to show far more at this trip. |

Two back he gave away too much ground at 1870m and was beaten over 11 lengths by Ray And Dance. Proven at Sonoda and the trip, with Tomohiro Yoshimura back aboard, so he has a credible place profile if forward enough. |

Her Sonoda record gives her a base, but the distance query remains the key restraint. |
