Solid tempo with Fingal's Cave leading from Hopeful Song and Nishino Endeavor. NISHINO ENDEAVOR (7) did a great job to score by a head over this course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. FINGAL'S CAVE (10) is ready to win after another minor placing last start, finishing second over 1000m at this track when she was always up in the leading division. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. HOPEFUL SONG (1) did a great job to score by 2 lengths over this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the key runners. TEN X (11) showed early speed from an outside draw last start and raced on the pace before boxing on well to finish third, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 1000m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again.
