Leaning to MOLTEUNO (18) who led all the way for an impressive win in a BM58 over 1100m at Goulburn last start. Up in grade but is lightly raced and open to improvement at the third run back. SOUL LADY (4) hasn't threatened in her two runs this time in work, both in open company, although she wasn't too far off them at Canberra last time. Goes well here at this trip. Cherry ripe and can win despite 61.5kgs. CYCLONE RUPERT (2) lumped 60kgs to victory in a Class 3 at Goulburn two back then found open company a bridge too far at Canberra most recently, although not disgraced. A wide gate and 63kgs is a worry, but he is better than these on his best figures. WONDER STEP (13) chimed in late and just missed the placings when fresh from a spell over 1000m at Orange last start. A risk at this trip but does look to be back in good order. Hardy mare PRETTY PENGUIN (8) is a five-time winner over today's journey and is worth including in exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Molteuno each-way.
