FROSTY QUARTZ (1) failed to live up to market expectations last start when out of the placings over 1400m at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. NOTHING BETTER (8) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a spell on February 6, finishing sixth and beaten 6 lengths over 1400m at Kawasaki. Lines up today for the first time for trainer Mai Miyagawa. Should be hard to stop. TAKKA (7) has not won for a long while. Last raced on March 17 when beaten 38 lengths into sixth at this track over 1400m. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. ENFANT TERRIBLE (10) was prominent through the early and middle stages last time out before fading to finish tenth over 1300m at this track. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. One of the better hopes.
