Expecting a strong tempo over this journey. EL ZANI (1) turned in a nice effort to score over this trip two runs ago at Vaal. Much better than last run and rates highly on the win the start prior. Back in trip and worth another chance. TIME WILL TELL (7) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1200m at Vaal, beaten 2.75 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. ZOOMBOMBER (9) is on a 10-day back-up after finishing in the money over 1000m at Vaal. Strong run last time and has solid top-three prospects. THERE SHE GOES (2) was beaten 6 lengths into sixth in a 1000m contest at Vaal two weeks ago. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
