Many of these step out for the first time so a genuine tempo is expected. HOWCANI RESISTYOU (9) gets the nod on debut. She's a filly by Russian Revolution rom the Lloyd Kennewell stable who looked smart winning a recent trial at Caulfield Heath. The stable are typically pretty good with their newcomers and expect Meech to be positive out of the gates. BLUE METEOR (1) is a Satono Aladdin colt on debut for the Ciaron Maher yard who was pushed out to win a recent Cranbourne jumpout nicely. He should take some beating. FIRM'N'HIGH (6) debuted in a tougher race at Flemington, this suits far better, similar story LADHAR (10) who has contested two Listed races so far. Include in wider plays.
