Moderate tempo headed by Puissance Playboy. PUISSANCE PLAYBOY (1) bolted in two starts ago at Esperance before closing nicely over 1500m at Albany most recently. Staples remains in the saddle and he maps nicely along the inside. Racing in top order recently and he looks the one to beat on those figures. BONDI'S SON (7) finished off well from the back of the pack to finish 0.9L off the winner here most recently. The visors replace the blinkers again today and he has a good record at this track and trip. Can play a leading role. MILITARY ACTION (3) missed narrowly over 1300m here last time out and will be fitter again with that effort under his belt. Both wins have come at this track and trip and he should get every chance under Derrick. JUST SUBLIME (6) is better than he showed first-up and gets Faithfull on board today. She's a second-up winner in the past and an improved run is on the cards. MYSTICAL WISDOM (4) can improve on the first-up performance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Puissance Playboy can get the job done.
