Expecting a solid pace with Rising Force, Pakistan Legacy and Magic Control leading the charge. RISING FORCE (9) bounced back to winning ways in dominant fashion last time out when leading the field throughout, scoring by 2.5L. Kingscote rides him well and he drops 6kg for the rise in grade. Went to a new level last start and he can bring up back-to-back wins. COLOURFUL KING (1) finished off strongly from the back of the pack to be 1.8L off the winner at Happy Valley last time out. The form out of that race has been solid and Purton remains in the saddle as he comes to this track and trip. May end up back in the run again, but hew may be suited by the bigger track and he can return to form. YOUNG CHAMPION (7) got the job done by 0.3L at this track and trip last time out in this grade. Bowman now hops on board as he rises 1.5kg. Can feature again if he can hold his form. GALACTIC VOYAGE (11) is better than he showed last time out and can bounce back to form today.
