Small field but plenty of pace engaged, including Grouse Mountain, Mishare and Mislead. Open race to finish. GROUSE MOUNTAIN (3) will take beating as usual. She's a rock-solid commodity who has only missed a place twice in her career, winning two of her past four in the process. She tried hard here last time as a $2.45 chance and maps for every possible from the soft gate. Looks the 'safe' play. MISHARE (2) resumed over this route and won well after settling on speed. She's stretched over further in the past but has clearly come back well and will take beating again. SAVVYROCKER (7) resumed with a good run here, only a nose behind Grouse Mountain in third. She'll be fitter for that and the slight rise in trip suits, although she is likely to concede a start again. LA CASONA (1) could be an improver. SUGGESTED PLAY: Grouse Mountain on top.
