Strike Eagle and Better Not Fuss can pave the way. GREAT BUY (1) just battled at Tennant Creek after racing on the pace 2 weeks ago over a mile. He is much better placed back on this track, and the drop back to 1400m will also suit him. On top this time. BETTER NOT FUSS (2) has lost his way since winning fresh up and did nothing at Tennant Creek last start, despite being well-found in the market. He has the pole position, and if he can find the front, then he is capable of taking them all of the way. BEEP TEST (7) failed to fire at Tennant Creek on a day that upset a few runners on the inside part of the track. She was racing her way back into form on this circuit before that and can make amends. MURRAJONG ROAD (4) has needed all of his 3 starts back from a spell since making the move from North Queensland earlier in the year. Don't count him out of a top 3 finish here. DARCI DIVA (3) produced a tough effort when getting in the final stride to score by a nose at Tennant Creek last time out. This is tougher, but go again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Great Buy to win.
