Expecting plenty of speed from Gifted Gamer, The Right Way and Watermelon from Malecon. THE RIGHT WAY (1) rates well and two-back led beaten 1.2L in an Eagle Farm 90. Gets in well with the 3kg claim and gets the nod in a competitive race. WAVERLEY (7) didn't get into it last start at Eagle Farm, but three back won a Doomben 65 over a mile. He has the ability and is worth another chance over a middle distance. Maps well today and has a handy 2kg claim. WATERMELON (6) can use the inside barrier and has been racing well on the Gold Coast poly. Back on the turf shouldn't bother, and he's in the mix. MALECON (4) seeks the hat-trick in stronger and keeps improving. He also deserves consideration. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to The Right Way.
