Strong tempo with Sagaponack and El Beatle leading the way over Dozen Kilpatrick. INDIAN THUNDER (12) finished tenth over 1200m at Tamworth at his most recent appearance on February 14. Rates highly and should take some beating. JUST JACKY (7) was doing his best work late last start to get up for third over 1200m at Coonabarabran. Best form puts him right in this. SAGAPONACK (5) recorded her first win last start over 1006m at Port Macquarie, getting home by 1.3 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade. POWERSTONE (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1000m at Gunnedah, beaten 5 lengths into seventh. Finds a nice race and can atone.
