Only a small field with Zoutanium likely to find a comfortable lead. SARAPO (3) debuted over 1200m at Gosford three weeks ago where he closed in good style but couldn't pick up stablemate Hidden Achievement who had the race experience edge. He meets that colt slightly better at the weights today and is suited over an extra 100m on a bigger track. Great chance to turn the tables. HIDDEN ACHIEVEMENT (1) settled a lot closer last time out and was a shade too good for Sarapo at Gosford. Has only raced twice so there is room for further improvement. Sure to run well again. ZEBRA FINCH (6) overcame early interference to work home well for third over 1400m at Hawkesbury four weeks ago. Kept fresh and the blinkers go on so she is a live chance despite coming back a little in trip. NAMASTE (2) was outclassed first-up at Group Two level in Brisbane. Consistent performer last prep and with blinkers on today should improve sharply. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sarapo to win the opener.
