Small field in which Tycoon Lad can find the front comfortably at a moderate tempo. SAVANNA GOLDEN BOY (8) stepped up to the mile for the first time last start at Wyong and after looking a winning chance halfway down the straight he faded out of it. Will find this a little easier than last time. Sure to go well. MASTER FONTANA (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 2100m at Gosford, beaten 7 lengths into fourth. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is a major player. CROATIAN MADAME (7) returned from a break of two months and finished third over this course and distance last time out. Will drift back but wind up late. One of the contenders. BELLASCENT (5) produced another moderate effort last start when 6 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1435m at Grafton. Suitably placed so can turn things around. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 8,9,7,5.
