Genuine tempo with the speedy Pray For Mir leading the way. SUNLIGHT POWER (6) was progressing through the grades nicely this time in work and went under narrowly in the G1 Champions Mile last time out. He's had a quiet trial since and getting back under these race conditions suit. Ticks a few boxes and can get back to winning ways. JOHANNES BRAHMS (9) hasn't raced since the Derby, but has been at the trials in the lead up to this. Back to the mile looks a good play for him and he drops right down in weight. His form has been good at this level and he gets his chance to show his class now. PRAY FOR MIR (11) is another right down in the weights who has been racing well in recent times. He was only 0.5L off a smart one most recently at this track and trip and he has the speed to offset the wide draw. Ratings stack up and he can play a major role. RED LION (1) was a surprise winner of the G1 Champions Mile and has been kept up to the mark with some trials since. Had to be included.
