Genuine pace with Rock Revolution taking up the running ahead of Altruist and Lavish Thinker. KHABALOV (6) is a lightly raced galloper still learning his craft. Maiden winner four back, tackled two tougher races then back to a BM58 was too strong. Has the big claim again here and can go on with it. VERONA RUPES (4) turned in an eye-catching run fresh when beaten a couple of lengths. Fitter and ideally placed second-up over the mile. CHILLY CHARLIE (13) was well beaten in NSW then scored a dominant Class 1 win in the National Capital on the way back to Vic. Drawn for a soft run and looks tough to stop again. LAVISH THINKER (2) ran well fresh in richer grade. Claim helps and had a strong second-up record so very wary. ROCK REVOLUTION (8) was a winner this grade last time when pushing forward and will give a sight again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stick with Khabalov.
