In a race devoid of pace Low Profile will be prominent. ICON OF STYLE (5) stepped up sharply to 2200m at Grafton last start but despite starting favourite she gave in meekly. Obviously isn't a stayer so back at this trip she deserves another chance. SMILE UPON A STAR (4) backs up six days after a tiring 11th over 1200m at Coffs Harbour. Finds a much easier race today and a tongue tie going on may explain that poor effort. Can bounce back. STAR OF YAMBA (9) turned in an eye-catcher two back to grab second at Tuncurry then flopped at Grafton more recently. Hard mare to catch but her best efforts measure up favourably. REWARDING TRANCE (7) has been to this specialist track twice and won them both. Wide gate a worry but he must be considered. MALLEE BOY EXPRESS (3) hasn't been far away at his last couple and should be thereabouts again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Icon Of Style on top in the last in an open affair.
