Solid tempo likely from the outset with a number of speedy beginners engaged, most notably Bull Headed and Cosmic Serenade. Most of these are live chances. OCTOBER REVOLUTION (5) is back from a 15-week break. Boasts a fine record at this trip with 11 top-three finishes from 16 attempts. Comes to hand quickly so from gate one he makes plenty of appeal. Consistent mare COSMIC SERENADE (6) has been racing over 1050m on the Gold Coast poly of late. Led but couldn't keep going last Saturday in a BM62. Drops sharply in the weights and will be hard to catch back to this trip. LADY TULESSA (3) has won two on the trot, both over five furlongs at Grafton. Up in grade but going too well to dismiss. POLYLITHIC (1) is going okay and can feature in the finish off a five-week let-up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Slight lean to October Revolution.
