Multiple Group 1 placegetter CEOLWULF (11) can keep his winning momentum going third up after scoring a tenacious win with the 60kg over 1500m at Rosehill on August 31. Kept up to the mark with a 1200m trial win and expected to prove hard to stop again on the limit weight. GOLDEN PATH (12) chasing his fourth straight win and the stable has found the key to him with spacing his runs. Undefeated at this track and trip and since fitted with a 1200m trial. Slight niggle is the firm going. Group 3 winner ELIYASS (6) has impressed at both Australian runs and is undefeated over the 2000m. Pulled out plenty late when resuming to get up for a narrow win over 2000m in the G3 Premier's Cup at this track on August 24. Kept up to the mark with a 1200m trial win and will prove hard to hold out. VRC Oaks winner ZARDOZI (18) looked a little dour late when sixth over 1600m here in the G2 Chelmsford on September 7. Ready for this trip now and a bit of juice out of the ground would be a bonus. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ceolwulf to win.
