GOING: G

Ladbrokes Hub Handicap 1100m

Track: GOOD   Rain (Max: 30)   Rail: True.

The speedy trio Zoumist, Shecanmixit and Change Is Coming can establish a strong tempo despite the small field. CHANGE IS COMING (1) won his first start in the area fresh up when leading all the way but could not back it up last time out nearly 7 weeks ago when travelling wide and finishing midfield after making a sluggish start. He will be hoping to begin with them this time and can make an immediate return to the winners' circle. SHECANMIXIT (6) set the pace last start and was only claimed late when finishing runner-up by a short-head 7 days ago. She carries 3kg less this time which could be enough for her to see it through to the end. AMERICAN JAZZ (2) made a promising start to this campaign but has not been at his best in his last few runs. He has been given a freshen-up and drops back in trip. A handy draw will help and he can't be ruled out of a top 3 finish. COLLISON (4) is part of the travelling Neil Dyer stable and has been thereabouts in all of his 4 starts this prep, including a win at Katherine in his penultimate run. The pole position helps and he has each-way claims. SUGGESTED PLAY: Change Is Coming to win.
