THREE PEACE (9) is close to a win after four minor placings to kick off his career, the latest when second over 1200m at this track when he was handy all the way. Looks well placed to finally break through. KITANO LIVELY (4) made her debut last start at a big quote but defied the market to grab second, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 1200m at Niigata Dirt. Open to improvement and looks a serious contender. MITONO CAT (5) ran a much better race at her second outing last start to finish third over 1200m at this track. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. POP GROOVE (11) finished second last time over 1200m at this track when resuming from a spell, beaten 8 lengths. Ready to go one better.
