Tsunami is expected to lead at a strong tempo. KOIOS (6) was super on debut when just missing a blue-ribbon result after battling a wide draw. Slightly up in trip with a kinder draw can have the final say this time. MARACAIBO SUN (8) has been held over a week after drawing wide last weekend. Recent form is very consistent and ideally drawn this time. Hard to beat at a track and trip that suits. MARAIS (11) is yet to miss a place in five starts and tried hard last start behind a horse who has won again since. Has proven tactical speed and the talent to hold off a handy lineup. TSUNAMI (13) hasn't done much wrong in two minor placed results to date and the form via latest contest has been franked since. Stays at a similar trip with genuine claims.
