WINS ONE (1) was well fancied last time and did a good job to finish second over 1200m at this track at the third run of the prep. Has a solid record at this circuit. Expected to be in the finish after three minor placings from three runs this prep. RUBIK KID (6) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1200m at this track, beaten only 1.4 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. CHARMINTON (4) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest at this track over 1200m. Another big run expected. PACIFIC VICTORY (3) has been in the market at his last couple of starts since resuming but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing fifth over 1200m at this track. Expecting improvement.
