Pace looks strong with Nac Dance pressing on from an outside draw, joining Vagary Lotus. LUNAVIS (2) comes here off a break of four months. Filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Gets a nice run from gate two so expect her to play a major role. PURE GROOVE (10) returns after a spell of seven months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 2100m at Tokyo Dirt. Has ability and should be right in the finish. MAJOR DEBUT (9) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 4 lengths over 1700m at Sapporo Dirt. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is worth serious consideration. AMMALIARE (16) was far from disgraced to finish 1.75 lengths away in third last start over 1800m at Niigata Dirt after a win the run prior. In fine form and can figure prominently.
