Moderate tempo expected with Florina Region likely to find the front over Stormriser and Towntotown. FLORINA REGION (3) is coming along nicely and looks the one to beat. She was well supported on debut at Geelong when beaten a nose in a driving finish, again very good here last time over 1200m when beaten half a length. Up somewhat sharply in trip to 1500m here but trusting the top Begg stable to have her fit from an ideal draw. TOWNTOTOWN (8) has been solid in two runs to date, huge odds on debut but backing it up with another fourth at Pakenham last time. Each-way chance once more. STORMRISER (7) ran a better race last start here and the inside draw gives her every chance to see out the slightly longer trip. RICH CURVES (6) could improve into a place second-up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Florina Region.
