She has a prior Kasamatsu win, useful distance figures and a strong record with Aoi Kinomae, so she is the horse to beat despite another distance query sitting in the background. SATSUKI BALLADE (5) appeals as the main danger after finishing only a length and a half away in a stronger 3yo+ B1 here, with a Kasamatsu 3yo+ B6 win two back adding substance. SPECIALIGHT (2) was costly as a short odds-on favourite last start but has consecutive placings and enough consistency to make amends.
