Last Stylebender and Diego Dynamite possess good early speed. LAST STYLEBENDER (1) will be bringing some solid recent Belmont efforts into this, and that form generally holds up strongly on this track. He benefits from a 4kg claim and is quick enough to make full use of the pole position. He will take some pegging back in this. RISE TO GLORY (2) resumes from a spell, and he has won fresh up in the past. He is nicely placed after a 2kg claim and should be ready to run a big race. Follow the market moves. SOMETHING ROYAL (5) found 1100m a touch beyond her on this track 10 days ago and drops back to her pet trip of 1000m. She has been up a while but can still figure in the top 3 in a race like this. MANTUA (7) did not run on as expected last start in a similar field off an unsuitable tempo, and he is expected to finish closer here with a drop back to 1000m. Stick with him. DIEGO DYNAMITE (6) finished third at Bunbury last start from a wide gate, and he carries only 50kg in this after a 4kg claim. Watch for him to be hitting the line late.
