FIERTE (5) is the obvious danger, having put together two dominant 3yo+ C2 wins here, including a two-length success last time after being sent out a very short odds-on favourite; the question is how that form translates into B1 company. IKIZAMA (4) resumes after two months off and must improve sharply on his latest Morioka Dirt run, but his prior fourth and proven track-and-distance profile keep him in the place mix. COSMO TARRAGON (9) has been sound rather than threatening at his past two, yet the return of Tatsunori Sugawara and a strong jockey-horse record make him a legitimate minor-money chance if he lifts late.
