Expecting Fortune Link to lead Highstrung at just a moderate tempo. FORTUNE LINK (1) has been good in two runs back from a spell, boxing on solidly at Geelong out to 1440m last time, beaten under a length. This looks an easier race on her home track and she should take plenty of beating. MANDRAKI (6) was okay on debut on heavy ground and good again last time at Moe in third. Fitter again, he just needs a good ride from the wide gate to be figuring. HIGHSTRUNG (4) was poor at Donald last time but had been coming along okay prior and could bounce back. ZWASP (2) settled well off the pace last start then made steady ground to finish fourth over 1205m at Sale. Worth consideration for wider plays. SUGGESTED PLAY: Fortune Link to win.
