Plenty of pace from the outset with Norwoods and Nearing Liberty leading the charge. Tough way to finish. TESER (6) hasn't won in a long time (nearly 1000 days) but is going well for this sort of race, beaten narrowly in fifth at Sandown Hillside in a stronger race last time out. Childs sticks with him on a quick turnaround and he can certainly figure on an each way basis. GALLANT PRINCE (9) resumes off two jump outs. He didn't win last time in but wasn't far away and his three-year-old form prior to that reads quite well. Drawn well for Stackhouse, he should take catching. MISS TRUSTFUL (15)was good first up at Bendigo with the winner there since winning again in town. Fitter now and can figure. MALE MODEL (7) is knocking on the door and looks a strong each way hope.
