Hard to see how they beat STERN IDOL (1) who will be prohibitively short. He's the star of the Australian jumping scene, finding his very best since coming back to the bigger fences. He's been far too good against these rivals in the past and he should give them a belting once more. INSTIGATOR (3) finished third to Stern Idol last start in the Mosstrooper, sitting close to that horse in run and battling on okay. He'll be fighting out the minors with NOT USUAL DREAM (2) who did beat Instigator home last time in an improved showing. A repeat of that has another top two spot locked away. FIELD OF LIGHTS (4) was okay in a distant second to Affluential at Hamilton in a maiden chase last time. This is harder but his hurdling form prior is solid. PRESSFAL (5) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stern Idol should be winning easily.
