With little in the way of early speed Sam's Reward may well find the front. JE CITY (1) finds the right race to break through in SA. There was a lot to like about his run last start in much stronger grade. He stays at the same track and distance, is drawn well and gets a handy claim so he has a few things in his favour. BARBADIAN BABE (6) hasn't gone on with it since a dominant maiden win but she has some ability and can run in the money here. SAZERAC (9) disappointed last start in stronger company at Morphettville following a good run on a Heavy deck here two back. Carries no weight and can play a role. COVERT WITNESS (7) is better than she's shown her past couple and looks well placed back to this level. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Je City.
