Falcon Trader should lead and control the tempo. ZADAR ROCK (2) settled out the back in the Roebourne Cup last start but proved far too good, swooping around the field and bolting in. This looks a similar race and he has won on the quick turnaround previously. Looks the one to beat yet again. FALCON TRADER (1) jumped a $6 chance in the Roebourne Cup last start and couldn't fend off Zadar Rock late in the race. He gets a 2.5kg weight swing in his favour today however and his racing pattern is a positive. Wouldn't surprise to see him turn the tables. KING MAHUTA (7) made it back-to-back wins with an impressive victory of the mile at Carnarvon last time out. He does rise sharply in trip which is the question, though his recent figures suggest he's right in this if he handles it. ACERMETRIC (3) wasn't far behind Zadar Rock last start and did jump favourite ahead of him. Can go one better. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zadar Rock can win the cup.
