Watch for a much better performance this time. MEISHO NARUKAMI (3) stepped out on his debut over 2000m at Kokura three weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 6 lengths. Should progress this time and is expected to feature. COSMO GUION (4) sat on the pace on debut last time out but faded late, beaten 18 lengths into fifth over 1800m at Kokura. Strong top-three chance. MOND SPIEGEL (1) wasn't beaten far over 1800m at Fukushima on debut last start and may appreciate the longer journey. Not to be discounted.
