GOING: S(5)

VALE LIFE MEMBER JOHN LEAHY HANDICAP 1638m

Track: SOFT 5   Rain (Max: 16)   Rail: +9m Entire.

In the small field Agent Jay and Devonia are expected to take up the running. THE JESTER'S SON (3) will be able to camp on the leaders and can run on by. He got over them over a shorter trip just three weeks ago. Will only be improved by fitness now third up too. DONT WAIT FOR LUCK (2) has a tremendous record at this track. Will also be sitting off them and looking to have the last shot. AGENT JAY (1) should be finding this a little easier than the Bunbury races. Was not all that far away last outing. ABBOU (4) came from well back at Northam. Is well placed now back up in distance. DEVONIA (5) can be a bit inconsistent but has shown ability in the past. Place looks best. SUGGESTED PLAY: The Jester's Son to do it again.
