Strong tempo assured from Iklil and Rey De La Luz leading the charge. OSTRAVA (1) is yet to miss the frame in eight runs including two wins. Placed 4/4 fresh. Bold performance expected. IKLIL (7) won only try course and distance. Fitter for an eye-catching return and sure to run well. CALMING LIGHTS (3) scored a commanding win at Fukushima over 2600m at his latest appearance on November 24, the only time he faced the starter in that campaign. Kazuo Yokoyama who has scored on him two times retains the mount. One of the contenders. ROLL THE DICE (4) comes here off a break of 12 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1600m at Chukyo. Makes plenty of appeal.
